We may as well stick with the MAGA Madness here in His Malignancy The Mad King's own segment. Why? Because his Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem (yes, the one who apparently helped untold numbers of Texans to meet their maker) informed us ICE " had detained a cannibal and put him on a plane to take him home. And while they had him in his seat, he started to eat himself." OK, cannibals; we know The Mad King has a thing for "the late, great Hannibal Lecter." Maybe Noem was simply going with the theme?
