The monthly meeting of GCTV board's LPFM Committee (aka, radio steering committee).

All DJs are welcome to attend and participate in discussions, though only official committee members can vote.

Agenda:

• Admin Report:
  • Last month's logs; DJ dues; Other DJ interactions or issues
• New schedule policy:
  • No more than two show replays, with a max of six hours total weekly air-time
  • New shows limited to two hours
• PSA Signups:
  • Promote PSA reading; DJs sign-up to read as they come in
    • Pathway for PSA submitters to send a 1-minute or less MP3 file
  • Potential also for new music submissions or CDs...? Set up a new Contact List for that?
• Review potential annual specials calendar (see sheets)
  • Have DJs sign-up to participate
• Review station upgrades: $15,000 price tag
  • Three-year plan to raise funds
    • Grants?
  • Potential to redesign DJ room?
• Other
  • FCC filing window fall 2026 for up to two repeaters
    • Each up to 20 miles away, 250 watts!
    • Three years to build if CP approved
  • Build a parade float
